Job description

Description
  • Participating in the execution of the monthly build process and providing supporting documentation [Trouble Reports (TR), System Version Document (SVD), and Load Plan/Installation Procedures (IP)]
  • Installing GOTS and COTS software, troubleshooting, and providing extensive information systems security analysis and the controls implemented to secure a system
  • Being responsible for quality assurance checks of products and documentation generated by teammates

Requirements
  • Certifications Required: Security +, MCP (MCSA - Windows 10)
  • Both written and verbal communications skills are required
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Windows based systems administration/configuration/installation skills

Desired Skills
  • BSCS, BSCE, BSEE, or BS IT
  • Scripting experience
  • Tanzu experience
  • Kubernetes experience
  • Familiar with troubleshooting Windows® domains, services (DHCP, DNS, WINS), and applications
  • Candidate should also be familiar with VMware virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with the functions of the Windows registry, directory structure, and Group Policy is a plus
  • Additional consideration will be given for experience with PowerShell\Batch\VBS scripting, GCCS-J, C2PC, VMware vSphere (ESXi), VMware vCenter, HBSS, DISA STIGS, ACAS, NESSUS, and IBM software (JAZZ)

Clearance Information
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
Travel Requirements
  • 30% to 50% travel after a year of training
