Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Enterprise Data Integration Analyst serves as a key member of the Administrative Information Systems team, supporting the College's enterprise applications (Ellucian Colleague, Entrinsik Informer, Slate, Rippling, etc.) and the secure, reliable exchange of data between them. This position is responsible for systems integration, automation, and data engineering activities that improve business processes, strengthen data integrity, and support institutional reporting and decision-making. Working collaboratively with campus stakeholders, this individual develops technology solutions that connect enterprise applications-including the College's ERP/SIS, CRM, HRIS, and other institutional systems-to improve operational effectiveness and data quality. The selected individual reports to the Director of Administrative Information Systems.
Employment Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Exempt (Salaried), Benefits-Eligible
Salary Range: $54,000-$62,000 annually

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform systems integration and data engineering activities by designing, developing, and maintaining APIs, automated data pipelines, and data synchronization processes across enterprise systems.
  • Develop, implement, and support system enhancements, customizations, and automated workflows that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with campus stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve technology solutions, data integration, and data integrity.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality, integration, and synchronization issues across enterprise applications.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data solutions using Entrinsik Informer and other reporting tools to support institutional decision-making.
  • Collaborate with functional offices and technical staff to improve enterprise data quality, security, documentation, and business processes.
  • Contribute to enterprise technology initiatives, including infrastructure modernization, system upgrades, and ERP/SIS enhancements.
  • Maintain technical documentation and remain current with emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Prerequisites
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:
  • Experience with enterprise systems like Ellucian Colleague, Slate, Rippling, preferred.
  • Experience developing integrations using APIs, web services, or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, databases, and data integration concepts.
  • Experience with programming/scripting languages, software development frameworks, or similar development tools.
  • Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Entrinsik Informer or Power BI.
  • Understanding of data engineering, data quality, and data governance principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
