  • You’re a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university: 
  • Data Science, Accounting, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems
  • This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field. 
  • Internship program runs from May26 through August 6, 2027. 
  • In addition to role-specific projects, you’ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship, and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What you can expect in this role 

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.  

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.  

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network, and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business. 

Internship responsibilities may include: 

The Data Science, Internal Audit team plays a key role in our data driven audits and designs, develops and maintains data analysis and visualizations to support the audit plan. This position plays a key role in including assisting with requirements gathering, data validation, and analysis execution.

  • They will be focused on refreshing existing analysis in AWS, updating Tableau dashboards, and assisting on a data driven audit to understand the full data support cycle.

Required qualifications 

  • Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program 
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program 
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Basic AWS, Tableau & SQL knowledge
