GCOM is looking for candidates, to fill a role of Cloud Engineer, to join our NYS Office of the Attorney General Team located in Troy, NY. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build data models
  • Build dashboard using Power BI, Python and RPA
  • Perform data transformation into Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure DB
  • Develop Scala and Python programs
  • Perform machine and deep learning models: neural network model, text classification using LSTM and CNN
  • Computer visioning modeling using Azure ML
  • Keras, Python and Torch libraries
  • Track and Develop tasks and code using Azure Devops

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 84+ Months of Cloud Engineer experience: Applies engineering disciplines to cloud computing and brings a systematic approach to concerns of commercialization, standardization, and governance of cloud computing applications.  Leverages the methods and tools of engineering in conceiving, developing, operating and maintaining cloud computing systems and solutions.  Uses the economics of cloud resources to solve business problems. Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 84 Months of Experience in Machine Learning doing predictive modeling
  • 84 Months of Experience in MS Azure doing computer visioning
  • 84 Months of Experience in Deep Learning doing natural language and image processing
  • 84 months of Experience in SIEBEL doing building public sector case management
  • 84 Months of Experience in Robotic Process Automation doing prototypes and automation of processes
  • 36 Months of Experience in Power BI doing develop analytic dashboard
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Azure AI Fundamentals Professional Certification
  • Azure Data Fundamentals Professional Certification
  • AI Engineer Professional Certification
