As a Computer Technical Support Intern, you'll support the technology that keeps our teams productive from resolving hardware and software issues to assisting with system deployments, user support, and enterprise IT operations. This internship is designed to provide practical experience while helping you build a strong foundation for a career in Information Technology.

What You'll Do
  • Provide first-line technical support for employees across a variety of hardware, software, and business applications
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues while delivering excellent customer service
  • Assist with new computer deployments, software installations, system configurations, and user setup
  • Help maintain accurate documentation, service tickets, and IT asset information
  • Support troubleshooting efforts by diagnosing technical issues and identifying practical solutions
  • Collaborate with experienced IT professionals on more complex technical challenges
  • Assist with server administration, user account management, and remote access support
  • Participate in software testing, upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives
  • Learn enterprise IT best practices while supporting a growing aerospace organization

  • Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
