Job description

Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a CNC Operator to be an integral part of our Pipe Support team. You'll have an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects on a national and global scale. We can meet you at any skill level, whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience under your belt.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Operate saws, basic grinding, lapping, cleaning, deburring or other simple, routine operations. 
  • Follow written and verbal procedures as assigned.  
  • Read and interpret work order routings, prints, sketches, and tool sheets, as required.  
  • Must be able to recognize and understand machine functions as required.  
  • Knowledge of working with a variety of materials is required. 
  • Set up and operate a variety of manual machines to perform simple to basic operations. 
  • Perform duties in accordance with company safety policies, reports unsafe conditions to supervisor. 
  • Make proper router & time report entries. 
  • Keep machine(s) / work area clean and orderly. 
  • Perform other duties as required. 


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Education:  High School Diploma or GED; preferred
  • Experience:  0 to 1 Year Experience in field or related area
  • Computer Skills:  Not applicable
  • Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
