Job description

Build signs people notice

Our mission is simple: deliver precisely cut components that make fabrication faster and finished signs better. If youโ€™re energized by turning clean CAD files into accurate parts and keeping production flowing, this role is for you.

Your impact
  • Translate shop drawings and production files into router-ready programs using Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Flexi, EnRoute, or similar tools.
  • Stage and secure materialsโ€”acrylic, aluminum, PVC, wood, compositesโ€”then configure feeds, speeds, and tooling for quality and throughput.
  • Run jobs, monitor performance, and fine-tune settings to protect finish quality and dimensional tolerance.
  • Inspect output, correct issues, or coordinate with the production supervisor for quick resolution.
  • Support the broader workflowโ€”partner with fabrication, paint, and assembly; handle materials; keep timelines intact.
  • Own preventive care: bit changes, cleaning, lubrication, and proper dust collection and waste handling while following OSHA and company safety procedures.
What sets you up for success
  • Experience operating CNC routers (sign industry background is a plus).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and cut sheets.
  • Knowledge of sign materials and fabrication practices.
  • Basic computer literacy and tidy file management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort lifting 50+ lbs and working in a fast-moving production setting.
Preferred know-how
  • Hands-on time with MultiCam, AXYZ, ShopSabre, Laguna, CamMaster, or similar equipment.
  • Fluency in tool selection and cutting strategies.
  • Experience in sign fabrication (channel letters, cabinets, ADA, dimensional letters).
  • Forklift skills.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or efficient production flow.
Shop reality
  • Manufacturing/fabrication environment with dust and noise; frequent standing around active equipment.
How we measure results
  • Accuracy and minimal scrap.
  • On-time routed components.
  • Strong machine uptime and maintenance adherence.
  • Consistently high part quality.
  • Effective teamwork and smooth workflow.
Compensation & benefits

Competitive salary, medical and life insurance, a 401K, and vacation PTO. Weโ€™re seeking an experienced sign professional whoโ€™s a true team player and ready to elevate our routing operation.
