We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator IV to join our growing production team. Take Your CNC Experience to the Next Level
As our CNC Operator IV, you will serve as a senior-level operator responsible for safely operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines while supporting production quality, tooling adjustments, offsets, and troubleshooting efforts across the shop floor. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production flow and ensuring parts are produced efficiently and within tolerance.
What You'll Do Here
  • Safely operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines
  • Perform advanced offset adjustments to maintain part quality
  • Assist with tooling setup and machine changeovers
  • Support troubleshooting of machine and process-related issues
  • Ensure parts are produced within allowable tolerances
  • Perform plate inspections as required
  • Load and unload production parts
  • Monitor and maintain proper coolant levels
  • Safely power machines on and off
  • Log routers into the Epicor ERP system
  • Accurately complete travelers, including part counts and revision verification
  • Support production flow by assisting other operators as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years of CNC Operator experience
  • Experience operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines preferred
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and production workflows
  • Advanced knowledge of offsets and basic tooling concepts
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Working knowledge of inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators
  • Basic understanding of CNC programs and G & M codes
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces
  • Ability to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and stoop throughout the shift
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to push and/or pull up to 10 pounds
