Job description

Carle Health seeks a Chief Medical Physicist to lead radiation oncology physics within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees all treatment planning, equipment calibration, and quality assurance to ensure safe, precise radiation therapy. The Chief Medical Physicist will supervise a multidisciplinary physics team, collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, and drive adoption of advanced technologies and techniques.

Aligned with Carle Health’s culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence, this leader will support clinical research, uphold regulatory compliance, and champion continuous improvement in patient safety and outcomes.
