Job description

Looking to gain hands-on experience and build a foundation for a successful career in the equipment industry? As a parts intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to key areas of the business, including Parts, Service, Sales, and Operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop customer service, inventory management, and parts operations skills while learning how a world-class dealership supports customers every day. Program Incentives:
  • Paid internship employment at a store location while attending high school (summers, during school breaks, and after class depending on your store location).

What You Will Do:
  • Support Parts Operations - Assist with parts sales, receiving, stocking, and delivery activities that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department.
  • Deliver Customer Service - Support internal and external customers by helping ensure they receive the correct parts accurately and on time. Assist in the parts department and showroom.
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy - Assist with inventory control efforts, cycle counts, stockroom organization, and identifying inventory discrepancies.
  • Learn Business Processes - Gain exposure to Parts, Service, Sales, and Management functions while learning company procedures and best practices.
  • Build Product Knowledge - Proactively learn about equipment, parts, and industry trends to better support customers and business operations.
  • Promote Safety & Efficiency - Safely operate dealership equipment and follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
