About the Role
Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a motivated, patient-centered OB/GYN physician who is passionate about advancing their career in reproductive medicine. This unique opportunity offers a comprehensive 9-12 month Reproductive Medicine Training Program designed to prepare an experienced OB/GYN for a long-term career in fertility care and assisted reproductive technology (ART).
Working alongside board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) physicians, the Physician will receive hands-on training in all aspects of reproductive medicine, including fertility evaluation, ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), fertility preservation, reproductive surgery, and advanced ART procedures. Upon successful completion of the training program, the Physician will transition into an independent fertility specialist role within the practice.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to join a growing fertility practice while developing specialized expertise in one of the fastest-growing fields in medicine.
Reproductive Medicine Training Program
The Physician will participate in a structured 9-12 month training curriculum led by board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility physicians. Training will include:
  • Comprehensive fertility evaluations and diagnostic workups
  • Ovulation induction and fertility treatment planning
  • Ultrasound monitoring and interpretation
  • Intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedures
  • In vitro fertilization (IVF) protocols and cycle management
  • Egg retrieval and embryo transfer procedures
  • Fertility preservation treatments, including oocyte and embryo cryopreservation
  • Reproductive endocrinology principles and hormonal management
  • Hysteroscopy and other fertility-related procedures
  • Embryology laboratory operations and ART best practices
  • Patient counseling and reproductive genetics education
  • Regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements in reproductive medicine

The training program combines direct mentorship, procedural training, clinical observation, supervised patient care, and progressive responsibility designed to prepare the Physician for independent practice in reproductive medicine.
Key Responsibilities
During Training
  • Participate in the structured Reproductive Medicine Training Program.
  • Work closely with board-certified REI physicians to develop expertise in fertility evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Observe and progressively perform fertility-related procedures under supervision.
  • Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits with mentorship and guidance.
  • Collaborate with nurses, embryologists, and other members of the fertility care team.
  • Complete educational and competency milestones established by the training program.

Ongoing Clinical Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the fertility treatment journey.
  • Educate patients regarding treatment options, protocols, medications, and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Stay current with advances in reproductive medicine and evidence-based fertility care.
  • Participate in community outreach, physician education, and marketing initiatives as appropriate.
  • Support clinical research activities, if applicable.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements
Education & Licensure
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
  • Valid medical license in Arkansas or ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in reproductive medicine, infertility treatment, women's health, or minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.
  • Commitment to completing the Reproductive Medicine Training Program and building a long-term career in fertility care.

Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and build relationships with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical documentation.
  • Eagerness to learn advanced reproductive technologies and fertility treatment protocols.
