Job description

The Fertility Centers of New England (FCNE), a First Fertility Center of Excellence based in Reading, Massachusetts, is expanding offices in New England. As a physician-led, multi-site practice FCNE delivers advanced fertility services through a collaborative clinical team and state-of-the-art facilities.

We are seeking full-time Board- Certified Reproductive Endocrinologists to join our growing practice and provide comprehensive reproductive care across multiple FCNE locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. This role encompasses direct patient care, diagnostic evaluations, fertility procedures, and participation in practice-wide clinical initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive clinical evaluation and counseling for individuals and couples experiencing infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in alignment with best practices in reproductive endocrinology
  • Perform and interpret fertility-related diagnostic tests and imaging, including ultrasounds, saline sonograms, and HSGs
  • Perform office-based and minimally invasive reproductive surgeries, as appropriate
  • Perform assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures, such as IVF, IUI, oocyte retrieval, and embryo transfer
  • Collaborate with laboratory and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, clinical reviews, and protocol development
  • Provide coverage across designated sites to enhance patient access and support practice-wide operations while maintaining continuity of care
  • Participate in clinical quality assurance initiatives and interdisciplinary case reviews

Qualifications

  • American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology with Certifications in OB/GYN & Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
  • Must have medical licensure in Massachusetts and other states as requested (New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island)
  • Medical degree MD from an accredited institution
  • Completion of accredited fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility
  • Proficiency in reproductive technologies and fertility procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
