LIMITED OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN XL WAREHOUSE AS CARGO VAN DRIVER. Early morning shifts!!

No delivery experience required

What Youll Do:

As a XL Delivery Associate, you will eitherdrive a vehicle or be part of a team, delivering 50 to 100 packages a day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week (will have to work many Saturdays) and 10 hours each day.
We have two positions to choose from:

  • Cargo Van Driver. Earn $20.75 per hour, drive a cargo van, work independently to deliver packages weighing up to 150 pounds.
  • Helper. Earn $18.00 per hour. No driving required, ride and work with box truck driver to deliver packages up to 300 pounds.

  • Earn more: competitive compensation - $17-21++ per hour (w/bonus). Plus overtime available for strong drivers. Our best drivers earn $23-25/hour.

  • Flexible Schedule. Pick your workdays each week - 3, 4, 5 days. Saturday or Sunday each week REQUIRED.

  • Normal Workloads: You are expected to complete your route, not other people's routes too.

What Youll Need:

  • Must be at least 21 years old to drive, 18+ to be a helper
  • Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
