Description
We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to develop engaging, scalable eLearning and certification programs for internal and external audiences. This role will focus on creating high-quality digital learning experiences that support product education, professional development, and certification initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital content development with a passion for creating personalized, learner-centered experiences. This individual will design certification and eLearning content while helping shape the future of AI-enabled learning through innovative approaches to learner engagement and content personalization.
Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain certification and eLearning content for a complex technology platform.
  • Create detailed course structures, storyboards, learning objectives, and instructional content that can be transformed into multimedia learning experiences.
  • Develop self-paced learning modules using industry-standard authoring and publishing tools.
  • Collaborate with multimedia designers, subject matter experts, product teams, and content stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Publish and manage learning content within a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) or Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to improve learner outcomes and engagement.
  • Ensure content aligns with established brand voice, style guidelines, and educational standards.
  • Create scalable learning content that supports personalization, adaptive learning pathways, and AI-enabled learning experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or eLearning Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and modern instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience creating storyboards, course outlines, and digital learning content.
  • Proven ability to develop certification programs and self-paced eLearning experiences.
