Join our dynamic team as an Electronic Monitoring Agent, where you will play a vital role in ensuring community safety and compliance through advanced electronic monitoring systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in law enforcement, social work, and crisis management to support individuals under supervision. You will be responsible for monitoring electronic devices, conducting interviews, managing cases, and documenting activities with precision and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help foster positive outcomes and uphold the integrity of our community programs.

Duties

  • Monitor electronic surveillance devices to ensure compliance with court-ordered conditions or program requirements
  • Manage case files by accurately and thoroughly documenting interactions, violations, and intervention plans.
  • Respond promptly to alerts or incidents detected through electronic monitoring systems, coordinating crisis management efforts when necessary.
  • Write detailed reports outlining observations, actions taken, and recommendations for case review or further intervention.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, social workers, and other stakeholders to support compliance and safety initiatives.

Experience

  • Prior experience in law enforcement, social work, or related fields prefered.
  • Prior customer service experience is helpful.
