Known for its immersive, whimsical interiors, the brand has grown to 25 boutiques across the U.S. and London. Signature ruffles, pink, and bows anchor the collections, while storytelling and pioneering community-driven experiences have shaped LoveShackFancy into more than a fashion label-it's a shared lifestyle movement. Coveted collaborations include Victoria's Secret PINK, Gap, Target, Stanley, Pottery Barn, Bogner, and more. In 2023, LoveShackFancy launched Beauty exclusively at Sephora, inviting millions into its rose-colored world of whimsy and celebration.

Art Director

We are seeking a highly creative, passionate experienced Art Director with 5-7 years in luxury fashion + beauty retail marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics, arresting storytelling and a deep understanding of the luxury market, driving our brand's 360 visual identity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creative development of core marketing initiatives and product launches, brand campaigns, and graphic standards. Work closely with the Creative Director, Head of Brand Creative and a team of designers, photographers, and copywriters to ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high level of luxury aesthetic across all platforms.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the online shopping experience and showcases our products in the best light.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, merchandising, stores, and product development to ensure a unified approach to brand storytelling.
  • Mentor and manage a team of designers and photographers, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
  • Oversee visual content production, from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality output that meets deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and innovations in creativity and design, and apply them to our campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in art direction or a similar role, specifically within luxury fashion e-commerce.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing strong creative concepts and successful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a solid ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • A passion for luxury fashion + beauty and an understanding of the target audience.
  • Agency or magazine experience a plus
