Location: Mays Landing Courthouse
Wages: $20 per hourly, Bi-weekly

DUTIES
  • Train and supervise assigned Maintenance trainees to complete maintenance tasks on time.
  • Ensure quality control of assigned work areas as specified by the contractual agreement.
  • Ensure equipment and supplies are in working order and in stock.
  • Train new consumers.
  • Transport and supervise assigned consumers to and from the work site safely and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with on-site supervisor and/or designee.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license with no more than five (5) points; driving abstracts will be reviewed upon hire and every six (6) months thereafter
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Must use a CODI-issued or personal mobile phone to record work hours accurately
  • Must obtain and maintain valid CPR and First Aid Certification within ninety (90) days of hire or transfer
  • Must successfully pass background checks through IdentoGO and the Central Registry, as well as pre-employment drug testing
  • Responsible for completing quarterly vehicle inspections and ensuring vehicles are clean and well-maintained (interior and exterior)
