Job Summary:
Goodmans is looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager who thrives on turning ideas into results. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects from concept to completion, and play a key part in delivering high-impact outcomes for our business and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope
• Track milestones, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to drive accountability and performance
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and continuous improvements
