Dealership Lot Technician - Full Time (Bend, Madras & Central Oregon Region)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (or until assignments are complete)
Route Coverage: Bend, Madras, Redmond, Prineville, Sisters & additional surrounding areas
Pay: $25++ Hourly pay listed is a combination of base pay, and per-vehicle photo payout
About the Role
Pro-MotionPix is hiring a full-time Dealership Lot Technician to support vehicle inventory photography and management. While this role is often referred to as an Automotive Photographer, the responsibilities go beyond taking pictures. You'll help dealerships maintain clean, consistent, and visually appealing listings by capturing high-quality photos, 360° interior spins, and walk-around videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and producing crisp, high-quality work. No prior experience is required - we provide paid training to make sure you feel confident and prepared.
What You'll Do
• Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
• Capture interior and exterior photos, 360° spins, videos, and window labels via our mobile app
• Locate vehicle keys, move vehicles, and stage them for photography
• Apply inventory labels and window stickers as needed
• Communicate with dealership staff regarding unready or missing vehicles
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete all assignments on schedule
What We're Looking For
• Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license
• Comfortable working outdoors in any season
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, organized, and dependable when working independently
• Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems/software
• Manual transmission experience is a plus but not required
