Job description

Job Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of specialized warehouse and delivery tasks to ensure accurate handling, transport, and storage of materials. This includes loading/unloading, staging, delivery, returns, order pulling, and maintaining vehicle and warehouse cleanliness. The role requires operating forklifts and other machinery, practicing safe handling procedures, and providing quality service to internal teams and external partners.


Essential Functions:

  • Load, unload, stage, transport, and deliver materials safely using forklifts or trucks.
  • Ensure all items are packed properly and secured with protective equipment (e.g., bracing, strapping).
  • Deliver materials and equipment to job sites and return unused product for vendor credit.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete pre-use inspections.
  • Perform order pulling, inventory verification, returns, and related paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Serve walk-in installers or subcontractors by providing or selling materials.
  • Operate machinery and assist with fabrication, shipping, or receiving as needed.
  • Comply with all safety policies and company procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Forklift operation experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete required documentation.
  • Physically able to lift and move heavy materials.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
