TMP is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role leads the design, documentation, and coordination of interior environments, working closely with the Project Architect/Manager to deliver thoughtful, high-performing spaces. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare environments and a passion for design excellence.


This position plays a key role in owning interior design scope, supporting construction administration, collaborating with leadership, and partnering directly with clients to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform project responsibilities with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards for design quality and documentation
  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making to support successful project outcomes
  • Manage interior design scope to meet project schedules, budgets, and profitability targets
  • Coordinate closely with Project Architects/Managers, Principals-in-Charge, consultants, and clients
  • Lead interior design documentation and construction administration efforts
  • Support other project teams during peak workload or critical deadlines
  • Mentor and guide Designers, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables

Qualifications


Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • NCIDQ Certification
  • Demonstrated experience working on healthcare projects or facilities

Preferred

  • Working proficiency of Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated success in improving project processes or delivery methods
