Now under new ownership and management, we are seeking a Designer/Outside Sales professional who combines a sharp eye for aesthetics with a collaborative, team-first attitude and a proven ability to drive results. We offer the stability of a 35-year legacy backed by an updated leadership team focused on results and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • In-Home Design: Travel to pre-set appointments in the FWB region to assess kitchen and bathroom spaces
  • Consultative Selling: Guide homeowners through design options, material selection, and project scope
  • Closing: Deliver professional proposals using our sales software and utilize strong closing skills to secure contracts on-site
  • Teamwork: Work with our internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience required (Home Remodeling or Design background preferred)
  • A sharp eye for kitchen/bathroom trends, spatial planning, and interior aesthetics
  • A documented track record of meeting sales goals and the ability to confidently close the deal
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel to appointments
  • Proficiency with Marketsharp CRM or Salespro, or other similar programs, is a significant plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-facing presence
