At coDesign we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Design team in the role of Creative Designer.  Our team is rapidly expanding, and we're on the lookout for someone who is very proficient in Revit and Enscape. In this role, rendering know how and the ability to work in Revit alongside the architect on construction drawings are crucial. Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on a variety of exciting projects, ranging in scale from small to large.
  • Forge strong partnerships with clients, offering unwavering support and assistance to their internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design Director and fellow team members to ensure the consistent application of our robust methodology through project lifecycles.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, fellow designers, consultants, and technical/construction teams to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee project teams in all aspects of design work, including the creation of drawings, finish boards, and comprehensive documentation sets.
  • Craft and deliver presentations that captivate and impress our clients.
  • Ensure that projects are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and financially viable.

  • Total proficiency in design tools such as Revit, Enscape, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Work in Revit to help architect with construction drawings and rendering

  • Experience in pitching ideas to high-profile clients, with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
