You will play a pivotal role in shaping functional environments for diverse residential and commercial clients across the St. Louis community. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will turn creative concepts into beautiful, buildable realities.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Partner with clients to translate their vision, budget constraints, and functional requirements into inspiring design concepts.
  • Develop comprehensive space plans, mood boards, and detailed presentations that align perfectly with client expectations.
  • Produce precise construction drawings, elevations, and material specifications using advanced design software to guide the field team.
  • Select and source high-quality hard finishes, fixtures, and materials that elevate the overall design aesthetic.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with project managers, architects, and trade partners to ensure design intent is flawlessly executed on-site.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent professional design experience.
  • Proven experience working as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing functional and aesthetic spaces.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Chief Architect, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 20/20.
  • Strong knowledge of core design principles, spatial planning, material properties, and building finishes.
  • Prior experience managing design projects within both residential and commercial construction sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and tracking material lead times.
