Job description

Role Overview

The Senior Interior Designer will oversee the full interior design process, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines while supporting the Lead Designer’s vision through creative and technical input.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the interior design process across all project stages.

  • Support the Lead Designer in identifying creative and technical design solutions.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, sanitaryware, furniture, and latest industry trends.

  • Prepare, review (QA/QC), and coordinate detailed drawings, specifications, and design intent documentation using Revit.

  • Ensure BIM delivery processes are properly implemented.

  • Develop drawings from Concept and Schematic stages through to Tender documentation.

  • Guide and provide technical support to junior team members, maintaining high design standards.

  • Assist the Lead Designer in assigning daily tasks and monitoring team progress.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure clarity of design intent and smooth delivery.


Requirements

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

  • Previous experience working in an international design studio preferred.
