Job description


CCI, LLC is looking for an Interior Designer to join our boutique commercial interior design firm. The ideal candidate will have outstanding technical skills and solid experience to bring designs from concept to completion. We need a team member with the energy and commitment to excel in our fast-paced atmosphere. If you have the talent and the desire to create innovative, functional spaces for our commercial clients and are a committed team player, we’re looking for you!


Requirements:

• BA/BS in interior design or related field

• Minimum 4 years of related industry experience

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, as well as Photoshop, Sketchup, and Enscape

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively and professionally with team members, management and clients

• Creative problem-solving skills with excellent follow through

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative atmosphere

• Work well under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing workflow

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Design concepts and prepare product specifications for commercial design projects

• Prepare drawings on AutoCAD/Revit, inclusive of but not limited to space planning, finish plans, (3D) isometrics, elevations and sections and detail installation drawings

• Prepare finish and furniture specifications, client presentation books and materials

• Work closely with design team and Project Manager to ensure client satisfaction

• Flexible hours, some remote work possible
