You'll be responsible for providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects. We provide you with paid training, pre-set and pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and excellent supportive company culture. This role is ideal for sales professionals who have a passion and strong ability to connect with others, build genuine rapport and close sales. This position is fully uncapped 1099 commission sales. • Paid Training (In classroom, online materials, and exams to prove product knowledge and skills)

• Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions with pre-scheduled appointments
• Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with layout design and renovation ideas
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in home improvement to drive high-end sales and enhance customer experience REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle
• Pass Our Background Check
• 3+ years of Home Improvement Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management
• Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking
• Experience with Apple products preferred
• A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales
• Flexible Schedule (Choose your schedule in advance)
• Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
