HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Administrative Assistant
Location: Calvary Cemetery - Youngstown, OH
The Administrative Assistant is a high visible position for all that visit the Parish Cemeteries. As the Administrative Assistant for the Parish Cemeteries, you will interact and travel between locations, and interact with families, staff, and service providers, while reporting to the Associate Director. You will assist locations with administrative needs, help set-up users in the system, computer work to transfer data, assist with paperwork, answer family calls, multi-task in a busy work setting, and perform other clerical and administrative duties.
As our Administrative Assistant you will conduct yourself with a "Family First" approach, demonstrate by example, CFCS' Core Values-Share the Journey, Serve with Care, and Make It Happen-in all their dealings with families, staff, and internal/external contacts.
