We’re Looking for a Producer.

Trissl Brand Collective (“TBC”), under the executive operations of TMT America, Inc. in Florence, Alabama, is building a high-quality collection of complementary flooring and interior finishes brands with a focus on design, quality, innovation, and brand development. While TBC is a new company, it is deeply rooted in the flooring and building materials industry, drawing upon years of industry experience, the success of previous companies, and long-standing relationships with manufacturers, customers, distributors, designers, and industry professionals. TBC serves as a commercial platform for marketing and selling complementary brands that are stronger together while preserving the unique identity and value of each individual brand. We are building something new, but we are not starting from scratch—we are building upon a strong foundation and an established network to create something exceptional.

We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist who can help bring that vision to life—and who knows how to get things done.

This is a hands-on position for a creative, confident, and highly productive individual who can take a project from concept to completion, work with urgency, and consistently deliver high-quality work.


What You’ll Do

  • Create high-quality graphics and marketing materials that maintain strong brand consistency.
  • Develop social media graphics and content and manage the social media calendar.
  • Create digital and print advertising materials.
  • Develop and support email marketing campaigns.
  • Update website content, graphics, and product information.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and special projects.
  • Help create photography and video content when needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and company leadership to develop ideas and bring projects to life.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Assist with the design, preparation, setup, execution, and teardown of trade show booths and displays.
  • Represent Trissl Brand Collective professionally at events and assist with marketing activities before, during, and after events.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, marketing, brand development, or a related field.
  • Strong professional portfolio demonstrating quality graphic design and marketing work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Experience creating content for social media.
  • Experience with digital and print advertising.
  • Basic copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience with email marketing and website content.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to travel periodically for trade shows, events, and other company activities.


Preferred / Plus:

  • Photography and/or video production experience.
  • Experience designing or executing trade show displays and booths.
  • Experience with event marketing and promotions.
  • Experience in flooring, interior finishes, architecture, design, construction, or other product-based industries.
