This Program Management position is responsible for leading and facilitating the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering development programs through all phases of the life cycle.
As a key leadership position within the organization, it is essential for effective operation through active management of project execution, risks, and mitigations to meet our commitments to the business, while managing metrics and dashboards to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team.
What You will Do:
Job Function:
  • Help build KPI/Metric dashboard in PowerBI. Manage Root Cause Code tagging for specific metrics and support PSRs when bowlers stay red consecutively for a pre-defined period.
  • Using Spreadsheets, PowerBI and creating new dashboards using pareto analysis of reports and providing more real-time data. Improve and develop visuals in PowerBI.
  • Help develop and update R&D demand/resource profile dashboard in PowerBI.
  • Develop reports for R&D/FPC/Budget vs Actual spend and monitor on a bi-weekly basis and communicate any deviations to targets.
  • Help build organization Configuration Lifecycle Management system task queries and partner with leaders on driving daily management.
  • Run and schedule Budget Management review meetings
  • Report Out: Develop/Present FPC/Budget Vs Actual Spend reports/presentations to program/business management
  • Report Out: Develop/Present Resource demand and loading reports/presentations to program/business management.
  • Additionally, duties include data cleanup for error free data sources. Constant monitoring of reporting tools is required to ensure data is accurate. All sourced data must be reviewed prior to determining refresh cycle in PowerBI.
  • Treat all documentation as customer proprietary & comply with applicable customer procedures.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics. Hands-on experience building and publishing customized and interactive dashboards within PowerBI.
  • Vouchering and Timesheet management for R&D

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Project Management
  • Must: Excellent presentation skills in MS Powerpoint and proficient in bringing out the findings
  • Proven experience in leading teams, driving change, and influencing others is crucial.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Data Analysis with good Excel skills, and general ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work across and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • US Citizen or Green Card required

Pay Range: $80000 to $100000 a year
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This role needs work from office located in Greenville, SC
  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
