You Are:

You will lead SAP IBP-enabled supply chain transformation engagements for Accenture's clients. The industry experience in Communications & High Tech is preferred. This role combines deep functional expertise in supply chain planning with industry-specific knowledge - driving large, complex SAP IBP end to end supply chain planning programs from pursuit through go-live and sustained value realization.

The Work:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations across modules: Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, and Response & Supply.

  • Drive business blueprint workshops and advise clients on IBP functionality, new features, and implementation options to optimize supply chain planning processes.

  • Guide clients through APO-to-IBP migration lifecycle - module mapping, delta design, data migration, and cutover - ahead of SAP's end-of-maintenance deadlines.

  • Manage delivery across project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks for SAP IBP engagements.

  • Apply deep knowledge of industry (Communication and High Tech preferred) to design fit-for-purpose IBP solutions.

  • Drive Accenture business development by leading and supporting response to the proposals for SAP IBP opportunities; lead client-facing demonstrations, and solution presentations etc.

  • Develop Accenture's IBP point of view including assets, accelerators, and industry-specific use cases for go-to-market positioning.

  • Lead and mentor a team of IBP consultants and managers; contribute to thought leadership, talent development, and community of practice initiatives.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What you Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of functional SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory, and Response & Supply) expertise, including integration with S/4HANA & APO migration (Integration experience with EWM/WM and MM modules is also preferred)

  • Minimum of 2 full-cycle IBP implementations with strong project management experience in a lead capacity

  • Minimum of 3 years building trusted client relationships and providing guidance through complex supply chain and technology decisions in a consulting or advisory capacity.

  • Proven pre-sales experience for SAP IBP solutions including proposal writing, orals preparation, and leadership presentations.

  • Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery models with distributed teams.

  • Industry-side experience in Supply Chain planning roles within a high-tech company (semiconductor, devices, telecom OEM)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • You are a SAP Certified Associate - SAP IBP for Supply Chain.

  • You have experience with AI/ML-driven demand sensing, Joule agents and AI capabilities of SAP IBP
