Full-Time | 35-Hour Work Week | Atlanta, GA

Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) is seeking an organized, detail-driven Marketing Manager to serve as the internal account manager and project manager for our marketing department - keeping strategy, campaigns, and day-to-day requests moving on time and on track. This is a generalist role that blends project management with hands-on marketing execution, from managing the project pipeline in Monday.com to building assets in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.

The Role at a Glance

Your real superpower will be juggling multiple projects at once - managing timelines, coordinating people, and helping shape and execute marketing strategy along the way.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Project & Account Management

Serve as the internal account manager and project manager for the marketing department, managing intake, timelines, and priorities for all requests

Build and maintain the department's project pipeline in Monday.com, keeping tasks, deadlines, and statuses current

Track progress across campaigns and projects, flagging risks early and keeping deadlines on track

Coordinate with program and department stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate timelines

Strategy & Execution

Assist the Director of Marketing in developing and executing the department's marketing strategy

Translate strategic priorities into concrete project plans, campaigns, and deliverables

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels

Design & Production

Assist with graphic design and production using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, one-pagers, presentations, and social graphics

Ensure all materials are on-brand and consistent with JF&CS style guidelines

Internal Partnerships

Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and programs requesting marketing support

Partner with team members to align priorities and avoid duplicated effort

Support the Director of Marketing with reporting, meeting prep, and other department operations as needed


Requirements

You are:

Organized, detail-oriented, and a natural project manager

Someone who takes ownership and keeps track of a hundred moving pieces at once

Comfortable flexing between big-picture planning and hands-on production work

Genuinely enjoys working with people across departments


You have:

Strong project management skills, with hands-on experience in Monday.com or a similar tool (Asana, Trello, etc.)

Design experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

A solid understanding of marketing strategy and campaign execution

Excellent organizational and communication skills

The ability to manage competing priorities and keep multiple stakeholders aligned


You bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines

Experience with project management software (Monday.com preferred)

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva

Background in nonprofit, social impact, or mission-driven work a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of Jewish culture and traditions strongly preferred

College degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered

Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
