  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all media through templates, visual standards, and design systems
  • Manage and organize a centralized media and digital asset library to maximize efficiency and reuse
  • Collaborate closely with marketing specialists, engineers, and project teams to align content with business goals and campaign objectives
  • Support internal campaigns and client engagement efforts with high-quality multimedia content

What you bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Media Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in multimedia design, video production, or digital content creation (A/E/C industry experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and some After Effects)
  • Strong experience with video production, editing, and motion graphics
  • Strong foundation in visual storytelling, typography, and graphic design
  • Experience with content management and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Elementor preferred
  • Working knowledge of web design principles and some user design experience preferred
  • Curiosity and life-long learner, self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative, own projects from concept through execution, and proactively lead projects from ideation to delivery
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and translate technical content into compelling media

Why this role matters

  • This role brings our stories to life through digital and multimedia channels. Your work helps communities better understand infrastructure projects, strengthens our digital presence, and elevates how HR Green connects with audiences across platforms.
