What You'll Do:

As a Mechanical Engineering Intern at SAEC, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic engineering team. You'll gain hands-on experience, contributing to real-world projects and working alongside experts in the field of mechanical systems design.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the design and layout of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) for commercial and industrial buildings
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical and plumbing engineers
  • Utilizing cutting-edge software (Revit and others) for 3D modeling and system design
  • Participating in site visits and helping with field data collection
  • Assisting with the creation of reports, specifications, and system documentation
  • Supporting the project team in maintaining project schedules and budgets

Working Hours are between 8 AM - 5 PM
Summer Internships: 32 - 40 hours per week
Fall/Spring Internships 16-24 hours per week, working with course schedules
