Key Responsibilities:

  • Fuse intelligence from multiple intelligence disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, cyber-enabled data) while working as part of an integrated government-contractor mission team

  • Conduct all-source research and analysis to support technical targeting, including target development, operational concept support, and production of written and verbal intelligence products

  • Analyze, synthesize, and contextualize complex data to enhance operational awareness, support collection operations, and enable effective information sharing across mission partners

  • Draft, coordinate, and disseminate intelligence reports, targeting products, and requests for information (RFIs) in support of ongoing and emerging operations

  • Apply critical thinking and technical awareness to identify patterns, assess operational relevance, and communicate highly complex information clearly to technical, operational, and senior mission stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and field personnel to support intelligence operations, mission planning, and operational decision-making

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 12 years of relevant professional experience supporting intelligence operations, technical targeting, or mission-focused analytic roles

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, concise, and confident briefings to technical, operational, and senior customer audiences

  • Proven experience in intelligence operations, all-source analysis, or operational support within a mission-critical environment

  • Hands-on experience identifying, assessing, and developing leads using classified, all-source intelligence databases and mission systems

  • Experience utilizing customer databases and mission tools to monitor activity, communicate with field personnel, and support collection and operational coordination

Basic Compensation:

$195,100 to $238,400

This range is for the Virginia area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
