**Job Description:**


Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join their busy Elder Law and Trusts and Estates practices. This full-time role will involve providing essential support to attorneys, primarily focusing on probate and estate litigation matters within a demanding, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to contribute to the success of a thriving legal team.


**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**


* Preparing and finalizing a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other court filings.

* Maintaining and managing attorney calendars, ensuring strict adherence to court deadlines and scheduling.

* Electronically filing documents with precision in both state and federal courts.

* Assisting attorneys with all phases of discovery management, including document production and organization.

* Providing comprehensive trial support, including organizing exhibits, witness preparation materials, and trial binders.

* Communicating professionally with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.

* Performing general administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.


**Qualifications and Requirements:**
