At Intel Federal, security is more than compliance-it's an essential part of enabling innovation that supports critical national interests. Our Industrial Security team partners with employees, government agencies, and business stakeholders to safeguard classified information, facilities, technologies, and personnel while ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).

As an Industrial Security Representative1, you'll join a collaborative team responsible for protecting sensitive programs in a dynamic environment. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of industrial security, providing opportunities to develop technical expertise while supporting meaningful work. Through mentorship, cross-training, and exposure to a wide range of security disciplines, you'll build the skills needed for a long-term career in industrial security.

This is an onsite position supporting classified operations.

Qualifications:

The Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / or schoolwork/classes/research. The preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of combined experience in one or more of the following:
    • Military, Law Enforcement, Industrial Security, Corporate Security, Personnel Security, Physical Security, Intelligence, or Security Administration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Active US Government Secret Clearance.
  • Experience with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
  • Experience with the 32 CFR Part 117.
  • Experience with DISS, NBIS, NISS, SIMS, or comparable security management systems.
  • Experience supporting classified environments.
  • Experience interacting with U.S. Government customers.
  • Customer service experience supporting internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk between multiple buildings and work locations throughout the day.
  • Ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 25+ pounds.
  • Ability to inspect secure spaces, including occasional ladder climbing or work in construction environments.
