Job description

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Intel Researcher SME ALL Source (Advanced) with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Falls Church, VA.

Serves as the central cognitive hub of the intelligence cycle. This position is not merely about collecting data and producing RFIs; it is about cognitive fusion. In a fast-paced mission environment, this analyst is the primary translator between intelligence requirements and th strategic decision-makers who rely on it to make strategic or programmatic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Source Data Fusion:

  • Evaluate, and integrate intelligence from multiple disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT/GEOINT, and OSINT).

Analytical Synthesis:

  • Research complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating actionable reports and executive briefings.

Threat & Risk Assessment:

  • Monitor global events, adversary capabilities, and geopolitical developments to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and strategic opportunities.

Integrated Support:

  •  Provide real-time analytical support and rapid-response situational awareness into RDT&E

Collaboration:

  •  Coordinate and collaborate with inter-agency partners, collection managers, and other intelligence personnel to fill information gaps and align intelligence requirements

Communication:

  •  Exceptional writing and briefing skills, with the ability to convey dense technical details in a concise, logical manner to senior leaders.

Tools & Systems:

  • Proficiency with specialized intelligence databases, analytical software, and OSINT research methodologies.

Clearance Requirement: 

  • TS/ SCI security clearance
