We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the marketing team and the company's digital marketing strategy and initiatives. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications from a four-year college or university, required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing position, required.
  • Proven track record in achieving digital marketing goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and guidance.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to effectively work autonomously during times of limited supervision.
  • Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead the LinkedIn strategy for our company pages and create posts for all brands.
  • Make and monitor ads for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to complete deliverables and support the team's campaigns and initiatives.
  • Measure and report on the success of social media posts and ads, using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media, advertising, and digital marketing trends and platform changes.
  • Monitor social channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Publish new content and make edits to WordPress websites.
  • Run our YouTube channel, which includes publishing all videos.
  • Pull digital metrics monthly.
  • Assign tasks to the digital team's contractor and ensure tasks are correctly completed in a timely manner.
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
