About the role:
The world of treasury and payments is transforming rapidly through AI, automation, real-time payments, and digital banking connectivity. At FIS, we help the world's largest corporations and financial institutions modernize liquidity management, cash operations, payments, risk management, and treasury functions.

As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant for Integrity Treasury Management System, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, helping them define treasury transformation strategies and understand how FIS solutions can address their most complex business challenges. This role combines deep treasury and/or payments expertise, solution consulting, and executive engagement to drive business growth across the FIS Treasury and Payments portfolio.

  • Lead with expertise by bringing a consultative approach to better serve prospects and customers.

  • Collaborate with Sales and commercial teams, product management and operational teams to drive growth and innovation.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand current-state operations, business challenges, and transformation goals.

  • Configure and deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept presentations tailored to client requirements.

  • Design and present innovative Treasury solutions aligned with client business objectives and desired outcomes.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, treasury organizations, finance teams, and technology leaders throughout the sales cycle.

  • Develop responses to RFPs, RFIs, and executive-level presentations.

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence future enhancements based on client feedback and market trends.

  • Support strategic client engagements, industry conferences, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, treasury organizations, finance teams, and technology leaders throughout the sales cycle.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management or a related field.

  • Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) solutions.

  • Strong understanding of treasury operating models, banking connectivity, and corporate payment ecosystems.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with FIS Treasury solutions, including Integrity or other leading Treasury Management Systems.

  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems, corporate banking platforms, or ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise applications.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $116,730.00 - $198,430.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
