Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's project at the Defense Technology Transfer Program, and perform the following duties:
  • Establish partnerships with industry, academia, and other government agencies
  • Promote growth and commercialization of technology
  • Serve as the contractor's single contract manager, and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the CO and the COR
  • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
  • Responsible for the oversight of the entire project interfacing with the customer along with the project manager in some cases
  • Display knowledge of all aspects of the project, including IT inventions and technology transfer
  • Develop project from inception to deployment
  • General experience in information systems design and/or management
  • Develop and manage the PMP
  • Manage and motivate the team
  • Provide necessary approvals
  • Develop project reports
  • Enforce Quality Management System and company proprietary methodologies.
  • Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches

An Ideal Candidate has:
  • US Citizenship and a TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, A PMP is preferred
  • 5 years of relevant experience
