· Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs.

· Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance.

· Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep our operations tight and keep you on the move.

· Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.

· Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism.

What You’ll Bring:

· 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.

· EPA Universal 608 Certification.

· Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
