Wir suchen für unser idyllisches, wendländisches Pharma Unternehmen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Experte für Anlagenbetreuung, Data Integrity und OT-Security (m/w/x) Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Administration computerisierter Elemente der Maschinen in der Produktion inkl. aller erforderlichen Data Integrity-Funktionen (Pflege von HMI-Visualisierungen, Passwortwortverwaltung, Back-up Verwaltung der Anlagen, Fertigungsversionen etc.)
  • Koordination und Durchführung aller Maßnahmen zur Etablierung und Aufrechterhaltung der GMP-Compliance computerisierter Produktionskomponenten (in Zusammenarbeit mit QM und der lokalen IT im Bereich Netzwerk und Sicherheit)
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Automatisierungslösungen im Bereich der Elektrotechnik und Automatisierungstechnik
  • Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von SPS-Systemen mit Siemens SIMATIC S7 Manager und WinCC unter Nutzung des TIA-Portals
  • Erstellung und Pflege von HMI-Visualisierungen sowie Programmierung in VBScript und SCL
  • Integration und Optimierung von Bussystemen in der Automatisierungswelt
  • Sicherstellung der IT-Netzwerk- und IT-Sicherheit in Automatisierungsumgebungen
  • Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung von Netzwerkanbindungen für Automatisierungslösungen
  • Aufbau und Wartung vernetzter Produktionssysteme inklusive Fernwartungsdiensten
  • Dokumentation und Bewertung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, einschließlich Risikoanalysen und Reports
  • Kommunikation von Sicherheitsanforderungen im Team und gegenüber dem Management
  • Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten in OT-Umgebungen
  • Analyse komplexer Produktionsprozesse zur Identifikation und Behebung von Schwachstellen
  • Einhaltung und Anwendung von IT-Sicherheitsnormen und -standards (z. B. IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik
