Cabinet Builder

Webber Coleman Woodworks – Watkinsville, GA

Role Overview

As a Cabinet Builder, you will be responsible for constructing cabinet boxes to precise specifications, maintaining production schedules, and contributing to an organized and collaborative shop environment. You may also assist with the loading and delivery of finished cabinetry, ensuring our work arrives on time and in excellent condition.

Compensation:

$44,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Cabinet Construction: Build cabinet boxes to exact specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy on schedule.

  • Delivery Support: Assist in loading finished cabinets and participate in deliveries as required.

  • Material Management: Notify management of low inventory or material needs in a timely manner.

  • Task Flexibility: Complete additional assignments as directed by the shop foreman.

  • Facility Stewardship: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and tidying up at the end of each day.

  • Process Integrity: Follow production plans to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Definition of Success

  • Cabinet boxes are completed accurately and on schedule with no more than one mistake per month.

  • Deliveries and cabinet loading are executed safely, efficiently, and correctly.

  • The cabinet build area is kept clean, organized, and conducive to productive work at all times.
