The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our outpatient clinic located in the vibrant Fort Lauderdale community. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and establish a diagnosis related to their health issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluations, employing a range of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities like electrical stimulation and ultrasound.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment methods and goals as necessary to align with their recovery journey.
• Provide education to patients and their families on exercises, ergonomics, and injury prevention strategies to empower them in their healing process.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care and communicating progress with the extended healthcare team.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and staying abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, although newer graduates with a strong foundational education are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and sports therapy is advantageous.
