At Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center we take a different approach to patient care, integrating wellness, nutrition and prevention into everyday clinical practice. We use in-depth testing including microbiome, genomics, and hormone testing routinely, and we prioritize longer appointment times with patients so you are able to spend meaningful time with your patients becoming their partner in health.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Passionate about integrative medicine and excited to grow in this field.

  • Comfortable with a diverse clinical practice, with a particular interest in:
  • Women's health across the lifespan (including cycling, menopause, and bHRT if appropriate).
  • Complex and challenging cases requiring a functional medicine approach.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide one-on-one patient care while continuously learning and refining your skills.
  • Co-manage patients in collaboration with a health coach to ensure treatment plan success.
  • Actively contribute to the team environment, including occasional hands-on tasks such as phlebotomy, IVs, and other nursing skills.
  • Participate in educational initiatives (e.g., teaching classes, writing blog posts, contributing to social media).
What You'll Need:
  • Active licensure in Minnesota.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience (telemedicine or in-person).
  • Experience in integrative or functional medicine preferred (certifications not required, but a plus).
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MacBook, Google Suite, Zoom, and EHR systems (CharmEHR preferred).
  • Detail-oriented and strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Passion for health and wellness, both personally and professionally.
