Alive and Well, a premier integrative wellness center and spa, is seeking a experienced, part time Integrative Esthetician to join our Dallas team. This role is ideal for a confident, skilled practitioner who values connection, education, and delivering truly transformative client experiences.About the Role
As a Integrative Esthetician at Alive and Well, you will blend the art of holistic care with the science of medical-grade skincare to deliver highly personalized, results-oriented treatments. You'll work with a discerning clientele who value expertise, intention, and a root-cause approach to skin health.
You'll be supported by a collaborative, growth-minded team and have access to a broad ecosystem of wellness modalities that allow you to elevate your treatments beyond traditional facials.
Hours: Full Time What You'll Do
  • Deliver customized holistic and medical-grade facial treatments tailored to each client's unique skin concerns and goals
  • Perform advanced facial massage techniques, including sculpting and lymphatic drainage
  • Confidently assess and treat a wide range of skin types with sensitivity and expertise
  • Develop thoughtful, personalized home-care recommendations grounded in ingredient knowledge and skin physiology
  • Partner with clients using a root-cause mindset to support long-term skin health and confidence
  • Integrate other Alive and Well wellness offerings into client education and treatment plans when appropriate
  • Maintain a posture of professionalism, warmth, and exceptional service
  • Commit to continuous learning, skill development, and being an engaged, supportive team member
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on esthetician experience (required)
  • Strong foundation in holistic skincare and medical-grade products
  • Exceptional knowledge of skincare formulations, ingredients, and their impact on skin health
  • A warm, grounded presence with a genuine love for client care and connection
  • Confidence working with an elevated clientele in a luxury wellness environment
  • Passion for education, growth, and collaboration

Highly valued (but not required):
  • Experience with facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage, microcurrent, ultrasound, LED therapy, microneedling, or similar advanced modalities
