Carilion Clinic is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Women's Health team, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. As part of a physician-led, mission-driven healthcare system, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This position offers a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), promoting a strong work-life balance. The role includes rotating between our Blacksburg and Christiansburg locations, serving a diverse patient population across the New River Valley. A Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) certification is preferred.

What We Require:

Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Experience: Women's Health NP experience preferred


Licensure/Certification: Current state Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), DEA license and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required. AHA BLS-HCP certification required. Advanced Life Support certification preferred. Eligible for prescriptive authority in accordance with State regulations and as authorized by the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine.
Other: Able to work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers, good written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy required for automated computer systems, including electronic medical records.

Compensation Range:

$107,993.60 - $172,785.60

Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
