Formerly New Smyrna Beach Chiropractic, we’ve evolved into an integrative medical practice blending injury care, functional medicine, and wellness services under one roof.
We’re building something modern, innovative, and patient-centered — and we’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to grow with us.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform injections (vitamin, trigger point, joint, aesthetic as trained)
Prescribe medications and monitor outcomes
Educate patients on lifestyle optimization and preventive care
Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license
Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable working independently
Growth mindset and desire to expand skill set
Preferred (Not Required)
Emergency room experience.
Interest or experience in aesthetics (Botox, fillers, lasers)
Interest in hormone replacement or functional medicine
Desire to build and grow a service line
