Job Overview

Elior North America is seeking an Integration Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team within the Information Services group. This role supports the mission of our 1,800 accounts across the U.S. by designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise system integrations that enable seamless data exchange across internal and external business applications.

The Integration Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and enterprise application owners to build, maintain, monitor, and optimize scalable integration solutions. This role is responsible for driving API development, middleware platforms, cloud integration services, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient integration processes that support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integration solutions across business applications and platforms.
  • Build and maintain APIs, middleware workflows, and integration services using Azure Integration Services and related technologies.
  • Develop and support integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms using REST, SOAP, file-based, and event-driven architectures.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, API Management, and related cloud services.
  • Monitor integration performance, investigate failures, and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability.
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation, technical specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, application owners, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.
  • Support integration testing, deployments, release activities, and production support processes.
  • Implement data transformation, validation, and error-handling logic within integration workflows.
  • Ensure integration solutions comply with security, governance, and data quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across enterprise systems.
  • Participate in system modernization initiatives and enterprise platform enhancement projects.
  • Support integration access management, configuration updates, and environment maintenance activities.
  • Follow established integration standards, development practices, and operational support procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5+ years of experience developing or supporting enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, API Management, and related technologies.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture principles and API lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Proficiency with SQL, data mapping, transformation logic, and troubleshooting data integration workflows.
  • Experience working with JSON, XML, CSV, and other common data exchange formats.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

The position follows a hybrid schedule with Mon-Thur in office and remote on Fridays. The Houston, TX office is located at 4920 Westway Park Blvd, Houston, TX 77041.

Compensation Range

Up to $100,000.00 based on experience
