 Must-Have:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in optical and/or electrical test engineering, with a focus on complex system-level test station development
  • Proven ability to guide multi-engineer projects from concept through production deployment.
  • Deep expertise in optical principles, photonic systems, and advanced testing methodologies
  • Strong proficiency in electrical design software and test automation frameworks
